Everything the practice runs on

One place. One practice.

Right now it all lives in your head — spreadsheets, email, the thing you keep meaning to write down. Plinth holds it for you, so you can think about the building instead.

01Enquiries

Every new enquiry in one pipeline — discovery call, feasibility, site visit, signed. You decide what’s worth your time before you’ve given an hour of it away for free.

→ Stop doing unpaid work for people who were never going to commit.
02Projects

RIBA, AIA, or a generic template — track stages the way your practice works, then tweak them or build your own. Open a project and Plinth already speaks your language.

→ Always know exactly where a job stands.
03Team

When it’s two of you, the handover is a conversation, not a meeting. Assign a task, see the week at a glance, and keep the work moving when you’re on site.

→ The practice doesn’t stall the moment you step out.
04Fees

Busy is easy. Profitable is the bit nobody shows you. Plinth tracks fee against stage and flags the job quietly going underwater — while you can still do something about it.

→ Find the loss-maker in March, not at year-end.

Plinth × Claude

Run your studio from the passenger seat.

Plinth talks to Claude, so you can run the practice from the same chat you already use. Ask it anything — it checks your calendar, your enquiries and your fees, and does the admin while your hands are full.

Why Plinth

Built for you — not adapted by you.

Most tools either ignore independent studios or treat them as a stepping stone to enterprise. Plinth is built for the way architecture and design practices actually work.

Plinth vs. Asana / Notion / Monday

They hand you a blank canvas.

  • ·You become the systems designer — build the stages, fees and workflow yourself.
  • ·Generic by design. Knows nothing about how a practice runs.
  • ·Most studios never finish the setup, or build something fragile.
  • Plinth arrives finished. RIBA, AIA or your own template, ready to go.
Plinth vs. Monograph

Sharp tool. Built for bigger firms.

  • ·Locked to one way of working — no custom stages or checklists.
  • ·Per-seat pricing aimed at firms bigger than yours.
  • ·No brand system, no talk-to-it assistant.
  • Flexible to your discipline, and a founding price locked for life.
01

Calm

The whole practice out of your head and into one place you can trust. Run the studio instead of carrying it around in your skull.

02

Control

See where every project — and every fee — actually stands. No nasty surprises at month-end, no flying blind.

03

Built for you

RIBA, AIA or your own templates, branded as your practice on every document it touches.

Questions

Good to know.

The honest answers to what founding studios ask before they join.

What do I get with the founding plan?

Everything in Plinth, for your whole studio — up to 100 users on one flat price. Enquiries, projects and stage tracking, fee-burn analytics, team management, email reminders, the Claude connector and priority support. £100 a year +VAT, and your founding rate is locked for life.

Is there a free trial or a free tier?

Not during the closed beta — it's one simple annual plan. But there's a full, no-questions refund within your first 90 days, so trying it is genuinely risk-free.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Email us any time in your first 90 days and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked. After that you can cancel whenever you like to stop the next renewal.

Which stage frameworks does it support?

RIBA, AIA and interior-design stages out of the box — and you can tweak those or build your own templates and checklists. Plinth isn't locked to one way of working.

What does “closed beta” actually mean?

Plinth is early and actively being built. Founding studios get a real hand in shaping it — expect the odd rough edge, and expect us to fix things fast. Your price is locked forever as a thank-you for being early.

Is my practice's data safe?

Yes. Your data is backed up, and you can export everything at any time. We treat your project data as the one thing we must never lose.

How do I “talk to it”?

Plinth connects to Claude, so you can run your studio from a chat — ask what's landed in enquiries, get emails drafted, move a project on a stage. It checks your calendar, enquiries and fees and does the admin while your hands are full.

Still have a question? hello@plinth-studio.com — a real person, usually same day.
